Consultation
At Lee Psychological Services, I offer two distinct types of consultation services tailored to meet diverse needs. The first is consultation for psychotherapy practice groups or organizations, focused on providing structurally responsive and decolonial psychotherapy. The second is clinical consultation aimed at individual therapists, providing expert guidance and support in their therapeutic work.

Decolonial Practice Consultation and Training
Decolonial psychological practice involves decentering white western ways of knowing and individualistic, symptoms-based treatment. By centering the influence of oppressive structures and systems and their interplay with cultural construction and ways of relating, decolonial practice allows for a sociopolitical and holistic understanding of lived experiences.

Clinical Consultation
I provide one-off or ongoing clinical consultation to individual therapists looking to enhance their practice. I have extensive training in clinical supervision and consultation. I work relationally to help therapists attune to what is happening in the room with their clients while also attending to sociopolitical contextual factors.
